Refunds are only possible when funds are still in escrow (Funded or Disputed status). Once released to the supplier, refunds must be negotiated directly.

100% of the escrow amount is returned to the buyer. Applied when goods are not delivered or are completely unusable.
Order marked as RefundedA percentage is refunded to the buyer, the rest is released to the supplier. Applied for partial issues or damages.
Order marked as CompletedFull escrow amount is released to the supplier. Applied when goods meet specifications and buyer claims are invalid.

Refunds are processed after a dispute is resolved in favor of the buyer. Resolution time varies based on case complexity (typically 7-14 business days).
Once a refund is approved, funds are typically returned within 2-3 business days. The actual time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank processing times.
When campaigns are cancelled, refunds are handled based on the order status at the time of cancellation.
No refund needed - no payment was made. Order is simply cancelled.
Full refund is automatically processed to all participants within 3-5 business days.
Partial refund may apply if agent services were already rendered. Agent fees may be deducted.
